This FMCSA Compliance & Operational Responsibility Disclaimer is issued by Rekindle Looks Inc, doing business as Fleet Rise Logistics (“Fleet Rise”), to clearly allocate regulatory responsibility and ensure compliance with federal and state transportation laws.
1. Carrier Compliance Responsibility
Each motor carrier using Fleet Rise services is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing motor carrier operations, including but not limited to:
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs)
- U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules
- State and local transportation laws
Fleet Rise does not operate as a regulatory compliance service.
2. Operating Authority
Carriers are responsible for maintaining:
- Valid FMCSA operating authority
- Active USDOT and MC numbers
- Good standing with FMCSA and state agencies
Fleet Rise does not verify, guarantee, or monitor carrier authority status.
3. Hours of Service (HOS) & ELD Compliance
Carriers are solely responsible for:
- Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) installation and use
- Accurate logging of driver hours
- Driver rest and break requirements
Fleet Rise does not monitor, audit, or enforce driver logs and will not encourage or require regulatory violations.
4. Driver Qualification & Safety
Carriers are solely responsible for:
- Driver hiring and qualification
- Commercial driver licensing (CDL) compliance
- Medical certification
- Drug and alcohol testing programs
- Driver training and supervision
Fleet Rise does not supervise or control drivers.
5. Equipment & Maintenance
Carriers are responsible for:
- Vehicle ownership or leasing
- Inspection, repair, and maintenance
- Load securement
- Safety equipment compliance
Fleet Rise does not inspect or maintain equipment.
6. Insurance & Financial Responsibility
Carriers must maintain all legally required insurance, including:
- Auto liability insurance
- Cargo insurance
- Workers’ compensation insurance
Fleet Rise does not provide insurance coverage for carriers and does not assume risk for carrier operations.
7. No Assumption of Liability
Fleet Rise does not assume liability for:
- Accidents or incidents
- Regulatory violations
- Driver conduct
- Cargo loss, damage, or delay
- Fines, penalties, or enforcement actions
All operational risk remains with the carrier.

Any information provided by Fleet Rise relating to compliance or operations is general in nature and provided for informational convenience only.
Fleet Rise does not provide legal, safety, or regulatory advice. Carriers should consult qualified professionals.
