This Dispatcher Disclosure & Regulatory Notice is provided by Rekindle Looks Inc, doing business as Fleet Rise Logistics (“Fleet Rise”), to clearly define the nature and scope of our services and to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state transportation regulations.

1. Dispatcher Status Disclosure

Fleet Rise Logistics operates exclusively as a freight dispatch service provider.

Fleet Rise is not:

  • A freight broker
  • A motor carrier
  • A shipper
  • A third-party logistics provider (3PL)

Fleet Rise does not offer transportation services to the public and does not arrange transportation as a broker within the meaning of 49 U.S.C. § 13102 or 49 C.F.R. Part 371.

2. Agency Relationship

Fleet Rise acts solely as a disclosed agent of the motor carrier.

  • All transportation contracts are directly between the carrier and the broker or shipper
  • Fleet Rise facilitates administrative communication on behalf of the carrier
  • Fleet Rise does not hold itself out as an intermediary between shippers and carriers

Carrier authorization is required before any load is accepted.

3. No Cargo Possession or Control

Fleet Rise:

  • Does not take possession, custody, or control of freight
  • Does not issue bills of lading
  • Does not assume responsibility for cargo handling
  • Does not supervise or direct drivers

All operational control remains with the carrier.

4. No Carrier or Broker Liability

Fleet Rise:

  • Does not assume carrier liability
  • Does not assume broker liability
  • Does not guarantee cargo delivery, transit times, or freight condition
  • Does not guarantee broker or shipper payment

Cargo liability rests solely with the carrier as required by federal law.

5. Regulatory Compliance Responsibility

Each carrier using Fleet Rise services is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • FMCSA operating authority requirements
  • Driver qualification standards
  • Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
  • Electronic Logging Device (ELD) requirements
  • Insurance and financial responsibility requirements
  • State and federal transportation safety regulations

Fleet Rise does not monitor, audit, or enforce carrier compliance.

6. No Rate or Load Guarantees

Fleet Rise does not guarantee:

  • Freight availability
  • Load volume
  • Rate levels
  • Profitability
  • Specific lanes or destinations

Dispatch services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis only.

7. Independent Business Relationship

Carriers engaging Fleet Rise services operate as independent businesses.

Fleet Rise:

  • Does not employ drivers
  • Does not provide vehicles or equipment
  • Does not pay wages or benefits
  • Does not control work schedules or routes

Nothing herein creates an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

8. Disclaimer of Reliance

Information provided by Fleet Rise, whether through its website, communications, or services, is provided for operational convenience only.

Carriers must independently verify all:

  • Load details
  • Broker credibility
  • Payment terms
  • Compliance obligations

Use of Fleet Rise services is at the carrier’s own risk.

9. Acceptance of Disclosure

By using Fleet Rise services or accessing this website, carriers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fleet Rise is acting solely as a dispatcher and agent
  • Fleet Rise is not a broker
  • Fleet Rise bears no transportation liability

This disclosure is incorporated by reference into Fleet Rise’s Terms of Service and Dispatcher–Carrier Agreement.
